1. - Payment: The owner (consignor) will receive 40% of the selling price. Consignor is paid 30 days, after they consign their items, if sold.

2. - Pricing: The merchandise will be priced by Premium Outlet Boutique as its sole discretion.

3. - Markdown: The selling price will be reduced by approximately 20% every 15 days. After 30 days, the items will be marked ½ of the original price for one week. After that, the price will be reduced 75% from the original price for another week. Once the week is over, the consignor must pick up the items within a week, otherwise they will be donated to any charity organization as per Premium Outlet boutique discretion.

4. - Merchandising: The items will be display at Premium Outlet Boutique’s discretion.

5. - Storage: Items will begin their 60 day display time from the date they come out of the storage.

6. - Dry-cleaning: If the items brought in consignment need to be sent to the dry-cleaning, the cost of the service will be deducted from the payment explained in numeral 1 above.

7. - Picking up unsold items: It is owner’s obligation to keep track with the time frame stablished in this contract. Items must be claimed within 7 days of the end of the two months period or they will be given in donation to Premium Outlet Boutique or any charity organization.

8. - Online: Items may be sold at Premium Outlet Boutique’s discretion.

9. - Disclaimer: The owner declares that the merchandise given in consignment belongs to him/her. Premium Outlet Boutique will not be held responsible for any wrong doing in selling the items.
